I watched Paul McKenna using hypnosis to help Ellen DeGeneres stop smoking. It was a fascinating program, the You Tube link is here.

I'm seriously thinking of trying it.Has anyone had any success using hypnosis to help them stop smoking? I would be interested to hear how effective it has been for you.
